Whistler, British Columbia: Police in British Columbia’s Sea-to-Sky corridor are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing 15-year-old girl whose disappearance has raised concerns for her safety and well-being.
According to the Sea to Sky RCMP, Madison Annabelle Tully was reported missing on Saturday after she failed to arrive at a planned meeting with her mother in Whistler.
Investigators said Madison was dropped off by a family member at a bus stop in Pemberton at approximately 8 a.m. on June 6. She was expected to travel to Whistler and meet her mother later that morning. However, she has not been seen or heard from since around 10:30 a.m.
In a statement, RCMP said both investigators and Madison’s family have reason to be concerned about her welfare and are urging anyone with information to come forward.
Madison is described as a white female, standing approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing about 105 pounds. She has light brown hair, hazel eyes, a burn mark on her upper forearm, and visible cut marks on her lower forearm.
She was last seen wearing a tracksuit consisting of a dark blue hooded sweatshirt and vibrant red-orange track pants.
Police are asking residents, commuters, businesses, and anyone who may have been in the Pemberton or Whistler areas on Saturday morning to review any security camera, dashcam, or cellphone footage that could help establish Madison’s movements.
Authorities stress that even seemingly minor information could prove crucial in locating the teenager.
The Whistler and Pemberton RCMP detachments continue to investigate and are appealing to the public to report any sightings or information regarding Madison’s whereabouts immediately.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Sea to Sky RCMP or their local police service.
