We are asking for the public’s help to advance an investigation involving an injured man who drove himself to the hospital this morning.
At approximately 7:55 a.m. on Thursday, June 18, 2026, staff at the Peter Lougheed Centre reported that a man had arrived with stab wounds. The man told staff he had been injured during a road rage incident.
The victim was initially in critical condition and has since been upgraded to stable.
Investigators have been working to identify and confirm the sequence of events leading to the man’s arrival at the hospital. At this time, the location of the incident has not been confirmed.
It is believed the incident occurred between 6:30 and 7:30 a.m., along 36th Street N.E., between the community of Dover and the Peter Lougheed Centre.

Anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has dashcam footage that may assist the investigation is asked to contact police.
