Homicide Unit Investigating Two Suspicious Deaths in Redstone

The Calgary Police Service Homicide Unit is currently on scene investigating two suspicious deaths in the northeast community of Redstone.

At approximately 12:41 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2026, police were called to a residence following reports of a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers located two individuals suffering from severe injuries. Despite life-saving efforts, one person was pronounced deceased at the scene, while the second individual later died in hospital.

The investigation remains ongoing. Police have confirmed that there is no risk to the public at this time.

Additional details will be released as they become available, pending the completion of autopsies scheduled for later this week.
